HotelDirect is very easy to use and when I've required to speak to staff, very helpful. I would recommend the service to friends.

However, recently I went onto the site to look for a possible booking in Edinburgh. The Waverley Hotel in Edinburgh was listed but when I clicked on the subject, the information said this hotel was in London, despite giving an Edinburgh address. This could be confusing for people booking from overseas.
