“The first time...”

This is the first time we have used any hotel booking company. We usually book direct with the hotel in question.

I was surprised that on checking with the hotel we would have paid exactly the same amount that we did with Hotel Direct. This did not worry me particularly as it was still cheaper than bed rates if you come to the hotel "off the street".

However I did think your prices would be much less. So would I come to you again. Probably - but I would also check with the hotel too and see where my savings lie.
