We found it easy to book the hotel and was pleased with the results. Hotel direct informed us that they had checked our booking for us and the hotel was prepared for our stay.
We hope to use hotel diect again when we plan our next weekend away.
The only thing that I can say I did not like is the fact we did not book for longer, so we could not use all the hotel facilities, sauna would have been fun to use.
