The staff were friendly and they kept you informed of your hotel booking,which is excellent fir someone like me who worries over things like that,would book again with hotel direct
the hotel was excellent plenty of room within in the room to move and put luggage, would stay at that hotel again (megaro hotel,the staff at the hotel and theatre were very friendly and helpful. The theatre was in an excellent location just one tube ride away from the hotel,it took us only 5-7mins to get to the theatre which was great. During the day we went sight seeing and as the hotel is close to the underground it was fantastic as we were only 2 seconds away from the hotel.
