“style, service and class”

Stunning hotel within minutes of the Thames, Covent Garden and other attractions, 5 star service without question, fabulous staff who whilst professional were also charming. Rooms and toiletries were excellent and the beds are heavenly, consierge service is first class and valet parking faultless... I have stayed at The Savoy and other high end hotels in the city but this exceeds them all. Lifts were a bit slow but other than that I could not fault the service, ambience or overall presentation. A fabulous weekend and one hotel to return to asap
