i arrived at the hotel and they told me that my booking had not been forwarded. The hotel honored the price and there was room so they booked me a room. I was disappointed because i had specifically asked the lady if the booking would be immediate as i was travelling alone and did not want to not have a room when i arrived in london. Good price though, but would recommend that you also telephone the hotel to check that your booking has been communicated and received.
