HotelDirect really did have the best price on the web for our chosen hotel the royal trafalgar. Hotel direct also text us a day or so before hand confirming our reservation and giving directions, so there was no need to have to call the hotel ourselves. A really good, easy efficent service from hoteldirect - would certainly use again and highly recommend
