It was easy to book with HotelDirect.The information was well detailed without giving the impression the hotel was grander than it was.They even sent a reminder of our booking a couple of days before our journey which was very reassuring as we were a group booking so had quite a responsibilty to the other members of the group but HotelDirect made it all so very easy.
