I like the cleanness of the website, and its effective as a tool.
But publishers should be motivated to insert more pictures and make it clear what the pictures show - I like to see the reception of the hotel, the room that I'm booking, the restaurant if there is one, the bathrooms that I can use, etc. Often the pictures shown only say "room", "gastronomy area", etc., so I don't know, for example, if the picture of the room shown is the room that I am booking or not. Maybe that could be easily improved if hoteliers were motivated to add clear descriptions of their pictures.
Another improvement I'd like to see was a description of the breakfast type - buffet breakfast is perhaps the commonest, but publishers should also make it clear what type of breakfast they are offering in the website.
