Hotels do not honor their rates. You assume that once you pay for you room that the room is yours because you get billed and get a confirmation. Then, like all the others, you get an email that your room couldn't be filled. They still have my money and wont respond to emails, chat board or answer the phones. THIS IS A BOGUS OPERATION! All they do is charge you for a room and then they call the hotel to try an strike a deal. Something that a 4 year old could do. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
