Went into new Ollerton post-office on Saturday booked a holiday excellent service price was same as on line explained everything clear to us made us very welcome went out above and beyond will deffo be going back

So booked and paid 750 for holiday, get call 20 mins later after payin saying room had gone up £60! Had to pay. Get here its horrendous not all inc like we paid spoke to HD and offered me diff room ran by same company for ectra 75!!! Refused as same one we was offered for free from hotel.  Spoke to some english folk here turns out they had same call after booking woth same company will be taking this to atol,watchdog,trading standards!!!!

Please do not book via this shambolic excuse of a company, as with many other posts on here our experience is one of utter contempt with which you are treated by this “outfit”. Promise paradise and send you to a gulag!!! From the price quoted to the price it ends up being, through to ablosute zero customer service the thing is a sham from beginning to end. After paying over £800 for a week A/I in Crete we had to pay a further £300 to escape the resort they sent us to (feneriki) absolute liberty takers who once they have your money leave you high and dry. I implore anybody who is thinking of being taken in by their seemingly great deals to not be hoodwinked, believe me you will regret it, my advice: pay the difference and go with a reputable high st name.

We have just booked a holiday with these guys and yes price did change to what agreed as flight times change but within 20 minutes they had sorted our flights and our hotel to a nice hotel even better then the one other agents had offered and within our budget i have flight and hotel vouchers and ready for our holiday so thankyou to the two guys I dealt with for sorting that as we have had a terrible time with HOLIDAYGEMS PlEASE DO NOT Book HOLIDAYGEMS cancelled our holiday with a dissapointed 9 year old but took rhe money from our bank then passed from pillow to post no vouchers or proper information like hot deal holidays I DEFINITELY reccomend them there a life saver in school holidays last minute my daughter now has a holiday to look forward too

I can honestly say id never normally write a 1 star review but i am so annoyed i spent over 40 minutes giving details, spelling names address etc out to find out the price went from £357 to £414 i accepted this. They then rang me back less than 15 min later saying that the flight I had booked was no longer available and tried to charge me an extra £39. After a little toing & frowing the price came down to £414 but with no booked in bag (£60) I had had enough! I said no way cancel my booking & delete my personal and bank details etc. H Please avoid if you need to keep your blood pressure down :-)

At first I was very sceptical about this travel agent due to all the negative reviews. However, I got an amazingly cheap deal to Corfu, 1 adult and 2 children for £509 including transfers! Hotel was 3 stars but no complaints really and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. I would use Hot Deals again for a short haul holiday.

I called customer services on Friday 13th October 2017 and was assured my flights (ryanair) were going ahead. My flights were booked for 6.50am on 10.10.2017, I received a call on the 09.10.2017 at 19.10 hrs advising the flight was cancelled, and rather than attempt to get us to our destination for the full duration of our holiday, they would be booking us with Ryanair again over a day later, (flooding over a day and half of our holiday), they didn't even sit us together on our rebooked flight and were utterly useless. I will not be using this company again. They said they had known 30 mins the flight was cancelled, I am still awaiting a response from Ryanair, the least they could have done was attempt to get us on the holiday they sold us, on the date they sold us, via another air line. They have not even tried to help us, just kept saying it would be extra to have allocated seats.....joke!

Booked through hot deal holidays.good price for what we paid 3 star hotel not a great choice in food but what we had was ok.for all inclusive we would go again.no problem with the arranged transport for transfer and was sent a text reminder the day before.this hotel had no entertainment. A large swimming pool compared to some bigger hotels nearby.restaurants not far n reasonable. A relaxing holiday.

They then rang me back to say the apartments were booked out and i would be moved to a hotel 5 miles from Salou. I said no way cancel my booking. They then offered another apartments at another cost of €90, so the price went from €321 to €349 to €439 absolute joke. Id rather pay double the price with reputable company. I found the customer service guy very snappy when i asked them to cancel my booking, delete my personal and bank details etc. He asked me what i expected booking a holiday 4 days before departure. Please avoid if you need to keep your blood pressure down :-)

I would NEVER use hot holiday deals again! Ok I was last minute – but booked a holiday and was happy enough with amount. The day before I left – got a call to say the transfer wasn’t going out to the hotel as it was too far out – they could give me refund of 39€ or book a private shuffle for additional 111€. I would NOT have booked the holiday if I knew it was additional 111€ - the company should have secured transfers before confirming that they were included. When I questioned it – the first person said hotel too far out and the 2nd said the shuttle was full! Two Different reasons! Then when I asked could I get hotel that had transfers – said he would look for me and said he couldn’t get me another hotel but didn’t try because when I got the confirmation the hotel had 3 day cancellation policy! I prefer honesty. I had then to call back and ask for my vouchers to be sent to me as I hadn’t received them – the agent I first spoke to said that my holiday was cancelled and transferred me to a colleague that said his colleague got it wrong and sent me the vouchers! It put a lot of anxiousness into my travel the day before and got a number of calls to try sort it out! So I wouldn’t recommend booking with them unless you had 100% confirmation that everything was available. Learnt a valuable lesson for sure!! Also when they asked for my passport and payment – the guy said send a picture of your card details – I said – I want to give them over the phone – don’t want to send them via email…. I have never been asked for that before! Just another thing that annoyed me about this holiday!

We are currently in a bistro in Lloret de Mar, a blind man, a woman recovering from cancer and a lady with a serious heart defect. Why? Because our hotel is overbooked! Not our fault but hot deals holidays are unwilling to do anything to resolve this ridiculous situation. I have contacted ATOL, awaiting their reply. Shocking service from a second rate company.

the worst travel merchants, they advertise a price and when you phone they add charges that are over the top and the final price is nearly double.do yourself a favour, tell them to go to hell and hang up.

Please don't use hot holiday deals. we were lucky to receive a small refund today but this is only because we were going to take it further.we read these reviews too late. I really wish we'd read them before we booked.

Hi.i would not recommend this hotdeals.after they taking all your details and they tell you a price ..they trying to take more money from you...he was asking me for 19 pounds to get an email confirmation?!!really?no way....worse agency ever!! Don't trust them!!

I am always hesitant about companies like this, i booked with Secret Escape Holidays and they messed me about big time so we decided to try Hot Deal Holidays. Booking was simple and I was booked and deposit paid in no time. We were going on the 19th January 2017 and we had until the 19th December 2016 to pay. We received pretty much everything after booking, so all I had to do was print it off and take it with me. I can honestly say I have been and come back from my holiday with Hot Deal Holidays and had no issue! My flights were booked correctly, the hotel was booked correctly and we bought transfers on top with a different company. I would definitely recommend booking with this company.

I booked holiday with them for 8 Adults to Faro for 3 Nights going on 28 March and they quoted best price in market. I am not sure why there are bad reviews of this company on this website. They answered all queries I had. I would recommend all my friends to book with them. Thank you guys.

No did not get what we asked for in las pyramides asked for 4th floor got the worst 1st floor,they said its extra at hotel but wwoman on phone requested it and said shouldnt be a problem,why lie and not be upfront about it. 

Smarmy Indian call center that employ hard sell back to front sales tactics for holidays that are nothing like what you would expect or I should imagine any one would want. Money up front with no details about your request. After sales price hike for admin handling fees. "through a third party" not really just another trickster in the same center. for instance 7 nights all inclusive to Portugal £100. But what they don`t tell you is that you have an indirect flight 2 hours in the opposite direction stopping of at Oslo arriving at 22.30 Then a 5 hour flight down to faro the next day not leaving until 13.30 return even worse 4 hour trip "stop over" in Rome arriving 21.00. Next day flight to England 3.5 hours 07.15 Why would any one want this heap of a package & no mention of this until last minute,Then when you question it that`s when the hard sell kicks in My tip get yourself a paypal card they hate it "money back guarantee & they cant access it on the sly" But honestly nearly all the holidays on the discount center are like this now & I personally suspect that the whole lot are just one big head under 20 different wigs
