having booked a hoseason caravan and paid in advance, 3 month ago now
find the same holiday has been reduced by £48-00
on querying this apparently existing customers who paid extra for same holiday are not entitled to a refund of difference.
so I have to accept that it does not pay to pay in advance,having paid
£155 for 4 night stay in a caravan, it would cost me £100-00 to cancel.
Hoseasons policy seems to be
