Having paid a good amount for a gold lodge at Languard park on the IOW, we were booked into a filthy and tired lodge which sounded or looked nothing like the one in the Hoseasons brochure. On complaining, we were upgraded to their platinum having been offered a caraan (I didn't pay for a caravan). We had to call the cleaners in to clean the excrement from the toilet seat, after that we gave up and put up with the other filth that was there.
