Just back from another great holiday, all I can say is the revciews are true, personal service, way above what you would expect and decent prices. I think other agents could learn a lot from these people. Paradisus Rio D Oro is an amazing hotel - I would really recommend it - perfect for a relaxing holiday and no complaints at all - the food was excellent and the staff go out of their way to help you.

Purely on a " business" point of view Horizon Direct perform exceptionally well in all criteria. Fantastic on price. Fantastic on delivering what they say.The difference for me was the personal touch. He knew and understood what I wanted and expected from my holiday. I can say that I was " dis sueded " from one holiday thought... He had really done his homework and I realised that what I saw as an idyllic holiday, in reality was not feasable.....I changed my holiday. I now realise why their - Horizon Direct- expertise is invaluable. I have booked two holidays with them and have recommended them to family and friends, who have actually found that, like myself, they offer professional advice based on expertise in the holiday field. Wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Horizon Direct!

Thanks to the guys I dealt with our 56 night, 3 hotel holiday in Sharm el Sheikh went without a hitch. Flights, reservations etc were perfect even to the extent of return flight online check-in sent to our second hotel in good time for our flight home. Thanks guys! What a wonderful personal service. We would not consider booking with anyone else. The people I dealt with are so friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble - they have great prices too - very competitive - even against internet prices. I have recommended to family and friends and will definitely use them again. If only ALL customer service was like this!

We usually book online but decided to give Horizon Direct a call after it appeared on the search engine. They beat the online price to Egypt at Christmas on the Thomas Cook site by over £200. I now recommend them to my friends and family. All of them have saved money and received an excellent service. They had not been to this hotel but also checked it out before we booked.

Can't recommend Peter at co-op enough. He was well informed, easy to speak too & went the extra mile to get us a good price . No problems & will use again. Already recommended to family & friends.

They put a lot of time & effort into finding us a suitable holiday that matched the criteria given. They were extremely friendly & helpful, suggesting various areas & hotels & nothing seemed too much trouble. We will definitely be contacting them again to organise this years holiday

I have booked several holidays, one to Tunisia, one to Rhodes and one to Crete. All have been All Inclusive and the food has never been less than good and sometime very, very good. Transfers have been smooth and on time. When booking the holidays, the staff on the other end of the phone have been wonderful. Invariably cheerful, and nothing is a bother, I wouldn't dream of booking anywhere else.
