“It is a ODD company and service”

I wanted to share my experience for hopefully the benefit of HOP2 and consumers. I gave it a 2 because while the purchase process was odd I found personally the on the phone experience fine and helpful. I first came into contact with HOP 2 via the Skyscanner Price Alert and as I have a large family traveling to the UK from the US every dollar on 5 tickets adds up. “THIS SITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ”

So a Lady called to let me know they change my flight number. I asked if there were any changes to my flight times. She said no. I said that's fine then make the changes. I can't recommend this travel agency. I purchased tickets online and needed help. When I called she recommended I email them instead of offering to help me. “Horrible Service”

My husband and I purchased tickets through this agency in September 18, 2015 to Germany. Since the purchase, the service has been HORRIBLE. We are scheduled to leave on a non-existing flight from Panama City, Florida to Frankfurt, Germany on January 11th. Of course, we had a flight and assigned seats immediately after purchase. “Prices are too good to be true”

I was skeptical about HOP2 because their prices are too good to be true. I called the customer service number to find out about the a particular flight, i was told that everything should be done online. It made me wonder why, until i read a particular review on this HOP2 claiming that he was charged higher than what he was told online and that it was too late for him to change/cancel because he'd already given his credit card info. This is a third party Agency and it does not communicate. I have an International confirmed ticket Purchase that I was wondering why it had not been charged to my card. When I called the very poor English speaking person told me it had been cancelled. I am glad I found out before I tried to get my tickets. Price has gone up since I ordered these tickets. I believe only one person is working at a time.called the one and only number they provide and couldn't get a hold of them for hours. Also emailed and didn't get a response until after I threatened to report them as frauds. I bought my ticket through skyscanner.com and it sent me to Hop2. The process was easy and quick. I got reservation and confirmation to my email fast. I happened to change my number and also checked if everything was okay with my flight few days before departure and the response through the email was fast as well. They seemed to be professional. “Fee for booking+fee for cancellation for a unvalid ticket”

I had to book a flight ticket Between Kaohsiung (Taiwan) and Luxemburg (Europe). On the beginning, it has been quite easy to do it through Skyscanner which used Hop2 and even if Hop2 charged the ticket of a "agent fee" of 32 USD, which is already a bit disappointing, it was still ok and i thought that it was actually a good "travel agent". I agree! My daughter booked her ticket from Germany to Tulsa through Hop2 and they sent her an email saying that the airlines confirmed all flights - but the day before she was to leave, she found out that she was not confirmed on any of the flights home and had to make other arrangements through the airline anyway. I am wondering if Hop2 is a rip off......

Skyscanner takes no responsibility when something goes wrong with hop2.com. It's too easy, they always say that it's the travel agent's fault. They advertise in tehir website "No hidden fee and no agent fee". I purchased a ticket through skyscanner.
