Booked some flights down under from UK - email comms you receive look like some guy's running the operation from his bedroom, but prices are certainly competitive, so fingers crossed all goes to plan. Also sales rep failed to mention their admin charge of £10 per person in either phone calls to email correspondence prior to sending final bill and then made no apology when this was pointed out. So if customer service is your prime motivator, rather than price, then there are better options.
