Mr James was good with me on the phone and gave me several options before booking my flight. However, he failed to tell me about the £10 booking charge until after taking my card details. He also did not tell me about the 2% card charge until I paid the inital cost and then called to tell me to pay the card charge because I used my credit and not debt card.
Otherwise the service i received was just OK and I will use the company again in future.
