I've BOOKED A FLIGHT GOING TO PHILIPPINES TWICE NOW. WHEN BOOKING THE FLIGHT ALL THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFULL AND RESPECTFULL BUT WHEN I PAID ALL MY DUES AND I WAS ASKING FOR A COPY OF MY TICKET LL THEY GIVE ME WAS FALSE PROMISES AND LIES. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY TICKET 4 WEEKS NOW AND THEY ARE BLAMING THE ROYAL MAIL. IT IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE. I PAID ALMOST 1400 POUNDS AND A COPY OF TICKET THEY CANT GIVE IT TO ME. PROBABLY ABOUT 4 SHEETS OF A4 PAPER AND A STAMP. WOULDNT COST THEM TOO MUCH! ITS DISGUSTING...
