The agent was very helpful and patient. Did not rush me into making a booking which I liked most. They are fairly reasonable. I also love the fact that they are open quite late in the evening. Got my e-ticket within 24 hours as promised. I did not have to remind them again. Overall a good service. I have uaed them aeveral times and they have never failed to impress me or reasons to complain. The only problem i had was the price online is so different from when you ring them.
