I had a problem and missed my outbound flight. Tried to rearrange another one with them and because they didnt tell me the return flight had been cancelled I bought a single outbound flight. After this was done they told me which meant I had to buy another single, altogether costing almost double a return flight.
They then didnt offer any compensation, only a tax refund given by the airline, which I was told would take 8 weeks to get to me but has now been well over 8 weeks and Im still waiting.
I have emailed them and got no response, tried live chat and was told the accounts dept. was closed and that someone would contact me the next day. They didnt. Tried another live chat a few days later and Ive been told it will take another week. Im not confident.
