Booked my flight to Sydney yesterday with the lovely (name removed). I had tried other sites but I was not impressed with the style of the people who answered as they were not very helpful. He was extremely helpful and listened carefully to my requirements. He remembered what my job is and made suggestions as to how I could lower the price in the future (I am a teacher and can therefore only travel at specific times). He was friendly and, most importantly, he was efficient and knowledgeable. He sent me details when he said he was going to - I did not have to wait. The whole trip was managed to a high standard and I was impressed. Thank you.
