Had found flights I wanted on line and had to phone a number to book. This took me to Hoodaki and a guy called Sandy. Initially suspicious as the "system was slow and have to phone you back". Also the price quoted was a little more than I had found and the stop over was Beijing and not Hong Kong as I had hoped. However, Sandy couldn't have been more helpful. He arranged the whole deal at £400 cheaper than the airline quoted, minimum stopover times. By the time the system had kicked in, the booking price had gone up by another £100 but Hoodaki agreed to stick to the price they had quoted me. I have had several calls from Sandy to make sure all arrangements are OK and have a direct line to him - which he answered immediately on the one occasion I phoned. Very good service. Hope the airline he booked for me matches up.
