I called to clarify a discrepancy in the online display. I was surprised at the quality of customer service I received. James was very courteous, quick to respond, found alternatives patiently, despite me requesting many different possibilities. He worked with me in finding the best ticket for my family. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

SEARCHED THE BEST PRICE THAT I COULD EVER GET AT SUCH SHORT NOTICE OF TRAVEL.
THE PRICE,THE BOOKING,CONFIRMATION PROCESS WAS EFFECIENT,FRIENDLY,VERY PROFFESSIONAL...KEEP IT UP HOODAKI.
I HAVE USED HOODAKI BEFORE WITH BOOKING MY FLIGHTS & IN THE FUTURE I WILL CONTINUE TO DO...WILL RECOMMEND WITH WORD OF MOUTH TO OTHERS.
