Do not book any holidays with this company. When I phoned the agent he didn't even know what I was talking about. When I was trying to explain to him what I was looking for, he got angry and swore at me and decided to hung up. Clearly he was not a well-trained agent. This was not a one-off experience, I have had this experience with them before.
