Kate was really helpful throughout our booking process. She understood my needs and the specifics for the trip. All the way through I had quick responses to emails and, at times when Kate was not available, she made sure there was a contact I could get in touch with.

The booking of this trip could have been extremely stressful but, thanks to the great service from Hoodaki, it was easier than I thought it would be.

I will be using Hoodaki again when I book future trips.
