These people are the worse ever, they never return your calls, they are rude with a don't care attitude. My flight was cancelled and 3 months have already passed with no refund of my money. They never return my calls or emails they put the phone down on me. I am now having to get Trading Standards involved as. My advise to anyone is STAY AWAY, because if anything goes wrong you will not be able to rely on these people to care what is happeneing or help you in anyway. They are the worst ever. Go to a reputable travel agent, just keep away from Hoodaki and Benze Travel - THEY JUST DO NOT CARE
