I called them to check availability of flights and the prices that were displayed on a 3rd party website.

The sales rep was vague, uninterested and just sprouted off random prices within 5 seconds so I instantly thought something was wrong as he wouldn't have had time to check on the computer. The prices seemed competitive so I asked them how long these prices were valid for, I was informed that they would be the same subject to availability for an hour. I called back less than 20 minutes later and asked for the person that I had spoken to beforehand so I could book the quoted flights. This person wasn't known and they asked for all the details again to check on the system.. By this time I was losing my patience and was given a load of excuses why they couldn't find the prices that I was quoted and that they would have to go through it all again. It was after I had been put on hold for the 5th time that I checked their reviews online.

It then clicked what kind of company I was dealing with and as a result told them I would not use them.

I'm glad that I didn't try to pay for anything with this company or I could be a lot angrier than I am now and I have the review centre and its contributors to thank for that.
