The customer service person was polite, patient, understanding and helpful in trying to secure us another hotel at the price we paid and this review is not about the customer service which was very good.

All too often nowadays holiday are booked online only to find that the final price has increased. Yet again the price of my holiday was not what I agreed to when I pressed the payment button. £110 more was asked and this to me, instills lack of trust in travel companies in general. You book because you think you have found a great deal only to find that yet another company is asking you to pay more money.

I think a complete change is needed in the travel industry system of putting prices online, where prices are honoured regardless. Is the price just a carrot to get you to book? Who knows? Some rules and regulations need put in place which give the customer a fairer deal.
