Agent 152 was very quick professional and helpful a very good service was provided. We are travelling with family members and she gave me a very good tip on how to hopefully be close together at the hotel-to email the hotel a few days before our holiday dates. Holiday Gems are always my first choice when booking a holiday have not had a bad experience.
