Apart from the long ( and probably expensive!) wait to get through to a sales executive our experience in booking the trip was excellent. He was extremely polite and helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble for him to find out for us - he is an excellent example of great customer service and is to be applauded for his attention to detail. I hope our holiday is as good an experience as we had with the agent in booking it.
