I had the pleasure or being helped by an agent who although took more money off of me for the holiday was a pleasure to deal with.
She was very friendly and compedent at her job keeping me informed of any changes before we finalised my holiday.
I would recomend that she had a pay rise imedeatly and that she come away with me next year.
