Booked my holiday to Salou with HOLIDAY GEMS. The sales rep',really was outstanding with her responses to all my requests and even waited on the line whilst I fired up my laptop [slow VIRGIN broadband].She got me a better deal on hotel and advised on best [cheapest] flights.Accomodation voucher arrived within minutes,flight doc's not long after.Highly proffesional & polite.Also spoke with a lady and a young man,all round good experience.Will use again.
