Basically I fouled up the online booking system and Finn was swiftly on the phone to help me clarify where I had gone wrong. I initially asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere. Finn assured me and then demonstrated her skill by accessing another flight which could be used and then booked them in over the phone. I found this level of assured customer service in this day and age rare and I was very happy with Holiday Gems and the high level of skill and dedication shown by Finn (She deserves a holiday!)
