The agent provided an excellent service for me when booking my holiday to Spain, she did not pressurise me into booking the holiday and called me back so that I wasn't on hold and building up a phone bill! I couldn't fault her service :)

One thing I would say though is that the prices on the website can be misleading as they do change when you call up to confirm so make sure you call up rather than book online as the prices will be different.
