The agent was fantastic in handling my holiday bookings. I am sorry, but I did give her a bit of a runaround but 108 was so patient, kind and polite. She did not get phased in the least. I am happy to say that I now have 2 holidays to look forward to in the coming months. I am more than happy to have chosen Holidaygems and am delighted that 108 handled my bookings for me. Thank you lovely lady.
