First time booking with Holiday Gems and whilst you were unable to keep to the price quoted at the time of booking, the person I dealt with did find us alternative at extra cost. He was most helpful in ensuring that the accommodation we booked was suitable for our needs. Overall, we were very happy with the service he provided. The only downside was that he did advise us that he would alter our final balance payment to 10 weeks prior to arrival rather than the standard 14 but this did not materialise in the final booking documents.  30 September 2015, Majorca
