i booked my holiday a couple of days ago couldnt find one anywhere but agent 112 was brilliant he found us the best deal and was quick and super efficient as well will be booking through holiday gems in the future. thanks to agent 112's hard work me and my family are off to cala de mallorca next may for 10 days i like the fact the agent 112 explained everything to me and offered extras like hold luggage etc but didnt make me feel like i was pressured to take it,the only thing i would have liked to know before i booked was that the prices are live and can change anytime but apart from that agent 112 done a fantastic job and i am very happy and looking forward to my holiday
