Despite every effort to get in contact with the company no response has been received and we have no idea if payment has been received and the holiday confirmed. I would not recommend the company or use you again and if I could cancel the holiday without losing money then I would do so and go elsewhere.
Customer service does not seem to exist. If all customers are treated in this way it's a wonder that you are still in business.
Not much more to say really..... Here's hoping the holiday is worth the hassle.

Please advise the email address or telephone number that you are using to contact our office. As the review is anonymous we cannot access any booking or check the emails for receipt. We do apologise if we have not responded but this would be most unusual.
