Robbie was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He helped find a more convenient airport to travel from than the one advertised at minimal extra cost. He realised I needed to consult my friend regarding travel times and gave contact details to get back to him. It did prove a bit tricky to actually get to speak to him again but that was the fault of the system, hence 4 stars instead of 5! He made a note that we would require a twin bedded room and helped secure our transfers from the airport to the hotel and return. So all the booking done very quickly and efficiently, so we can now look forward to our holiday. Thank you Robbie.
