After booking on the site i had recieved a call to say that the flight was no longer avalible at the price i booked. The sales consultant was very efficient and understanding of how stressful this was becoming, and made sure i understood completely what the issue was. I was currently at work and she was very accomodating and called me back with information rather than me staying on the phone. Very friendly service! I would have given 5 stars for the sales consultants customer service, however the price increase and hassle of arranging new flights meant that i had to give 4 stars.
