Never again with this company. I've had to telephone them again and again about my holiday - just a couple of days away and still documentation missing. Cannot even get my boarding passes printed or select a seat on the aircraft as I have no reference to log in. My e-mails are ignored asking them to phone me. They really don't want to call ME because every time I call THEM it costs 10p+ per minute. Appalling service all round.
