This has been my first experience of booking a holiday online so I was a little anxious about it and to my surprise and total re-assurance Agent 150 emailed me to let me know he would be in touch by phone. I loved being able to talk to someone just to confirm and clarify my queries. Agent 150 was very patient and caring when he dealt with me.
