A little constructive critism:
Although the service was good, it could be improved with better communication to the customer via your website.
We all know that cheap airlines charge for luggage, so passing on the fact you are booking with a Low cost airline and luggage is chargeable should be provided PRIOR to completion of the booking. A simple line like "ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY TO HOLD LUGGAGE or a simple box to tick if you want it with costing next to it.
As a customer I would like a true reflection of price i need to pay.It wouldnt have detered me from booking with you, i would just like a bit of transparency and a simple booking process.
I had my flight costs put up after confirming online with you by 20% and whilst Tracy156 was very good at coming back to me, it is a shame we had to go through it in the first place. I looked on the internet at your company repuation after making the booking, and was a little scared at how poor the reviews were. It appears this price hoisting is common practise and can earn you a poor rep.
Communication/transparency on prices/hidden extras are easily rectified and I would have no issue with recommending you and feel your prices are value for money even with the hidden costs, so NO NEED TO HIDE.
