We booked a short break for wedding anv,the agent T was so helpful! The next day we received a phone call to say the flight had been changed and price had gone up (although not by much) and was very sorry, but not much could be done, we went ahead anyway. He also asked if there was any special requests, we were indifferent but when we received the accommodation voucher, T had kindly included a request: Best room at the time of arrival. We were so delighted as we couldn't have asked for a better room and the hotel was more than 3*! The only sad thing was the pool was too cold! However, a lovely resort so a big thank you to holiday gems and we had a well deserved break for our anv!
