We booked our holiday online and then received a courtesy phone call the next day from agent 126 at Holiday Gems. We found him to be very friendly and extremely helpful with our holiday requirements. He gave advice from personal experience and understood our needs as a family with two young children.
The only downside is the flights that we opted for online were no longer available and we had to pay approx. £100 extra (in total for a family of four)for alternative flights. However, this was not too much of a problem and certainly did not spoil our booking experience with Holiday Gems.
