I went on line to book a holiday with holiday gems. I was told I would receive a call to confirm my booking within 24 hours. I was phoned back the next day by Margaret, who was marvellous, she gave us excellent service and saved us £500 off a quote that was given to us by another company. The holiday that I booked was the same, same hotel, same flights. She was efficient, direct and helpful. She went away and comeback with information we had asked her for. She gave us clear advice on what we needed to do. Well done Holiday gems for an efficient service
