I had a lovely holiday in Madeira arranged by Holiday Gems. Everything ran like clockwork. I do wish, however, that Holiday Gems dealt with post purchase queries as quickly as they take your money. Even so - the holiday was superb. No complaints.
Location excellent.
Hotel very good.
Food excellent.
Service excellent.
Transfers - smooth and flawless.
