I booked just 2 days prior to travelling so with not much time to spare I didn't love the fact that you don't get instant confirmation. I called the following morning to find that the flights we had tried to book were not available (again, not ideal). To be honest if it wasn't for Margaret (who really was the most helpful lady on earth) being an absolute star and helping to find a solution and find us flights and accommodation for the dates we needed then I probably would have booked elsewhere because I was frustrated with the company process of not having instant confirmation.
Margaret was fantastic and is a credit to the company so if all the staff are this helpful then I would use them again.

On a totally separate note I will say that the hotel I chose didn't have half the facilities it claimed to have so I would recommend the information is checked more carefully before going on the site as this is what people to use to choose a hotel.
