We have used Holiday Gems twice now, and would definatley recommend them to our friends. The staff are very very helpful Finn in particular was so helpful in finding us the right holiday destination and hotel. It is important that a holiday firm give lots of detail and also give confidence in the booking of a holiday. We felt we received a very helpful booking experience and also knowlegeable about the area etc. The lady listened to my needs for the holiday and also helped by letting us know of the holiday destination by giving us personal experience of her visit which is so very necessary. There is nothing I would say that I did not like about the booking. I also look forward to using this company again. I felt that nothing was left out of our booking experience it covered everything from the cost of buses, to currency etc.
