Spotted the ad' in the local paper and gave them a ring. Spoke to Monica, who was helpful despite my shock at having to pay extra to get from the airport to the hotel! Presumably they expected us to spend the week at the airport. Obviously a long time since I've booked a holiday!
Overall a good service but I resent having the details emailed to me, then I have to print them all off! What happened to travel documents being sent to you?
I went online afterwards to see if I could find the same holiday, I did but it was £90 more.
Overall, helpful staff but having to add everything else on separately made it feel like the offer wasn't as good as it originally seemed.
